About Paul Ryan
I’m a family-focused Pacific Northwesterner who has been fortunate to live, work, and raise a family from Seattle to Anacortes and the San Juan island communities. My family, and I enjoy spending time together on the water, boating through the San Juans and visiting the different ports of call. We value the sense of community, connection, and genuine people that make this region such a great place to live and grow.
I believe strongly in the principle that you reap what you sow in work, in friendships, in family, and in service to others. Excellence, accountability, and integrity guide both my professional life and my personal one. The relationships I’ve built over decades in the residential construction and inspection fields are important to me, and I’m grateful for the many colleagues, tradespeople, and clients who I also consider friends.
That same philosophy carries into how I approach my work with homeowners and clients. Your home and your family’s well-being in it matters. I treat every inspection and consultation with the same level of respect and care that I would for my own home. Clear communication, mutual respect, and working together toward shared goals, are values I hold deeply, whether on a project or in everyday life.

Trained & Experienced
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
